Boulder County’s Area Agency on Aging has put together an excellent directory of services and resource for Seniors and their caregivers in Boulder. Their goal is “to empower older adults and their caregivers to make informed decisions and choices about their current needs and long term care.” They also provide assistance to Medicare beneficiaries and residents of long-term care facilities.
They provide a listing of a variety of services, including, Caregiver Resources, Housing Options, Dementia and Alzheimer’s Resources, Social Securitiy, Medicare and Medicaid.
